PEST CONTROL SERVICES
In their natural habitat, birds are often viewed as majestic. However, when they are flocking around your commercial property, they quickly lose some of their magic. These winged creatures turn into pests that leave behind a displeasing mess of feathers and droppings on your grounds, increasing your maintenance costs. Not only can they negatively impact your physical building, but also your brand image and reputation.

Rat/Rodent Removal
You may sense that rats have found their way into your home. You may even periodically see rats in your yard. But how do you really know that you have a rat problem? What signs of rat infestation should you be looking for?
Start by listening. You may hear scratching sounds in your walls, or you may hear the soft sound of scurrying noises across your ceiling. You may even hear scratching sounds originating from air conditioner vents in your ceilings. These sounds won’t be very loud, so stop and pay attention to even faint noises that are unusual.

Since 2011 there has been a decline of our state's bat species due to White-Nose Syndrome (fungal disease that is deadly to bats). The most commonly seen bats in Ohio are big and little brown bats. Between the different species in Ohio the fur colors can range from light brown, dark brown, chestnut, reddish brown, and grey. The wing membranes are typically dark brown or black. Some of the species have a furred muzzle and some do not. The wings of bats are thinner and have more bones and flexible joints than wings of birds, allowing bats to be more maneuverable and dexterous. Bats are known to be blind but they actually are not.

Armadillos are slowly marching across the southern east coast. Armadillos can cause damage in your yard by foraging for bugs and insects. Armadillos also like to burrow under your deck, porch, home, shed, or other structures!
An armadillo's digging habits can be extremely destructive, which is why it's important to take control at the first signs of damage. An integrated control plan is best, because layering different products takes care of the problem from all possible angles.

Raccoons are very distinguishable with their black mask that is rimmed on top and bottom with white. The raccoon’s tail has four to six black or dark brown rings. Raccoon's coloring is normally gray or black with pale gray coloring underneath. Although not common they can also be red or blonde in color. Adult raccoons can weigh from 11lbs to almost 60lbs. Raccoons have extremely dexterous front paws, allowing them to open and destroy objects and building structures in order to find habitat and food.

Bed Bug Heat Treating
Bed bugs are an incredibly difficult pest to control because they are so good at hiding in tiny cracks and crevices. Also, modern bed bug populations are highly resistant to the insecticides used for their control.
Heat is known to be a very effective bed bug killer and it can be used in many different ways to treat infestations. For instance, heat in the form of steam can be used to treat bed bugs in carpets, behind base boards and on upholstered furniture.

Moles, Voles and Shrews
Moles and shrews belong to the order Insectivore and as the name suggests feed primarily on insects and invertebrates. Moles live underground and are specialized for life underground. Their small eyes and the openings of the ears are concealed in the fur, and there are no external ears. The most noticeable characteristic are the paddle-like forefeet which are bent sideways for digging. Their feet have large claws for digging. The hind feet are small and narrow with slender, sharp claws. Mole fur is short, soft, velvety, and when brushed offers no resistance in either direction. This adaptation allows moles to travel both forward and backward through the soil.

Skunk Control
Skunks pose a significant threat to your health, pets, and property. These nocturnal pests are the most common carriers of rabies in many parts of the country, and carry diseases such as tularemia, leptospirosis, and canine distemper. These diseases are transmitted through bites and not through a skunk’s spray.
